Sadhana is a daily spiritual practice. This can be different for everyone.
In Kundalini Yoga we practice the Aquarian sadhana.
In the Geneva/Nyon area we gather every Saturday morning around 6am in different locations to practice together. It is a wonderfully still time which is especially good for meditation and a super way to start the day.
What to expect?
2 – 2.5h of yoga, meditation and chanting!
The practice is lead by different teachers in either French or English.
In the summer time this is often near the lake, followed by a shared snack & swim.
Sadhana is donation based.
