Kundalini yoga uses kriyas (sets of asanas/postures), meditations, pranayama (breathing techniques), mantras, mudras, bandhas (body locks) and eye focus to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system, expands lung capacity, purify the blood and stimulate the vast energy reserves of the human system. This leads to increased emotional stability and physical vitality, helping us to gracefully take on life’s challenges.

Brought to the west by Yogi Bhajan in the late 1960s, Kundalini Yoga is a potent and effective system of self-transformation and personal development. It can help us to reach our full potential and to expand our awareness of our inner wisdom and our unlimited self.
